If you E-filed your tax and you are doing a direct deposit, it will take up to 15 days. Give it about 20 days and if your tax refund is not there, start knocking on IRS doors. -

If you E-filed your tax and you wanted to receive a check, it will take up to 22 days. Give it about 25 days before you ask the IRS where your refund is. -
